Aggravated Assault

An officer was dispatched to an accident in the 3000 block of Nottingham. Upon further investigation, it was discovered one of the vehicles intentionally struck the other vehicle multiple times, causing the victim's vehicle to crash. The offending driver (Francisco Tamez) was arrested for felony criminal mischief.

The offending driver (Francisco Tamez) has a previous criminal history of possession of marijuana.

An officer was dispatched to the West University Place Police Department Lobby in regard to a fraud that had already occurred. Upon arrival, it was discovered that an unknown suspect used the victim’s identity to withdraw money and attempt to open credit cards without consent.

An officer was dispatched to the West University Place Police Department Lobby in regard to a fraud that had already occurred. Upon arrival, it was discovered that an unknown suspect gained access to the victim’s credit cards without consent.

Virtual Gate 

Officers were dispatched to the 4100 block of Gramercy in regard to a virtual gate camera systems alert regarding a stolen vehicle. A traffic stop was conducted in the 6900 block of Academy. The registered owner was found to be driving the vehicle but, upon further investigation, the owner of the vehicle was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. The driver was issued a citation.

An Officer was dispatched to the 4000 block of Tennyson in regard to an unknown subject trespassing on private property. Upon arrival, an investigation was conducted. During the investigation, Officers discovered the subject to be in possession of mail that did not belong to them, and the suspect was arrested for mail theft.

An officer conducted a traffic stop in the 6100 block of Westchester. Upon contact with the occupant, it was discovered the driver possessed multiple warrants from the Houston Police Department and was placed into custody. Upon conducting an inventory search of the vehicle, Drug Paraphernalia was located. 

The driver (Marquis Bush) has no previous criminal history.
