An officer received a call from a witness about a suspect who had taken a backpack leaf blower from the bed of a parked pickup truck in the 6300 block of Westchester. The witness said they observed the suspect put the leaf backpack blower in the back seat of the vehicle and drove away.

Virtual Gate Hit 

Officers were alerted to a wanted person hit on the virtual gate camera system for a vehicle traveling in the 4200 block of Bellaire. The vehicle was located and a traffic stop was conducted. After further investigation, the driver was confirmed to be the individual on the wanted person hit and found to have two felony warrants out of Ft. Bend County. The driver was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia along with a handgun. The driver (Jacoby Perrault) was placed in custody without incident and additionally charged with Unlawful Carrying Weapons.

The driver has a previous criminal history of: 

Unauthorized use of a vehicle 

Out of county Fugitive 

Possession of controlled substance 

Carrying a handgun in motor vehicle 

Unlawfully carrying of a weapon

An officer observed a vehicle in the 5400 block of Community with an expired registration. The officer initiated a traffic stop in the 4300 block of Childress. Upon investigation it was discovered the driver showed signs of intoxication and appeared to be in danger to himself/others if left alone. The driver was taken into custody for a DWI and has no previous criminal history.

An officer was dispatched to the 6500 block of Mercer for a theft of a motor vehicle that had already occurred. Upon arrival, it was discovered an unknown person(s) took a victims vehicle without consent.

An officer was performing a traffic stop in the 4200 block of Bissonnet. During the traffic stop, it was discovered the suspect was in possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon 

An Officer observed a vehicle traveling in the 6300 block of Kirby with no rear registration. A traffic stop was conducted in the 6200 block of Kirby. After further investigation, it was discovered the driver of the vehicle was in possession of a loaded handgun and in possession of drug paraphernalia. The driver (Caleb Thomas) was placed in custody for Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon and has no previous criminal history.

An officer was dispatched to the 2600 block of Robinhood for a burglary of a residence that had already occurred. The victim stated an unknown person(s) had gained entry to their family residence without authorization and removed items from the location.

An Officer was dispatched to the 3800 block of Coleridge in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle that had already occurred. Upon arrival it was discovered an unknown suspect had entered two unsecured vehicle’s that were parked on the roadway.

Pursuit 

An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 4100 block of Bissonnet for no front plate. The driver of the vehicle refused to stop and began to accelerate to a high rate of speed in attempt to elude police. The suspect voluntarily came to a stop in the 1600 block of Holcombe Blvd. With the assistance of Bellaire Police Department and Houston Police Department a high-risk traffic stop was conducted and suspect was detained. The suspect, Michael Raitano, was ultimately charged with Felony Evading. Through investigation, it was also determined the suspect was wanted for a parole violation and other felony warrants. The suspect does have criminal history for:

Officers were dispatched to a Virtual gate hit regarding a Missing Person in the 3000 block of Holcombe Street. The vehicle was located in the 2800 block of Holcombe and the driver was identified as the missing person and the scene was turned over to the reporting agency.

An officer was dispatched to the 3100 block of Rice in reference to a minor crash that had already occurred. After further investigation, a report for failure to stop and give information was taken.

Virtual Gate hit 

An officer was dispatched to the intersection of Bissonnet and mercer in regards to a virtual gate hit involving a suspect connected to a West U burglary. The vehicle was located and traffic stop was conducted in the 3100 block of Southwest freeway. Upon contact the officer smelled an odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle. A probable cause search was conducted, which led to the discovery of multiple stolen items. The items were connected to multiple burglary case within West U and outside agencies. The suspect (Trevoyee Barlow) was taken into custody and charged with BMV and Fraud- Possession/use of identifying information. The suspect has two outstanding warrants with West U. 

The suspect criminal history consist of : 

Possession of marijuana 

Evading x4

Unauthorized use of a vehicle 

Burglary  of a Habitation 

Engaging in organized criminal activity 

BMV x2

Theft 

Credit/Debit card abuse 

Prostitution 

Assault 

Fraud 


















An officer was dispatched to the 5300 block of Kirby in regards to a burglary that already occurred. Upon arrival, it was discovered that an unknown suspect took items without consent. 

An officer was dispatched to the area of the 5000 block Weslayan in regards to a stolen vehicle “HIT” from an Automated License Plate Reader. The officers later located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop in the 4200 block of Bellaire. The stolen vehicle failed to yield and a short pursuit ensued. The vehicle came to a stop in the 6700 block of Avenue B when all the occupants exited the stolen vehicle and evaded on foot. Officers were able to apprehend two suspects out of four without incident. The two suspects were charged with Evading on Foot.
