Disturbance 

Officers were dispatched to the 4000 block of Bellaire in regard to a Disturbance in progress. The complainant said an individual was yelling and making threatening comments at employees. Police officers found and detained the suspect. After further investigation, the suspect (Bobby Johnson) was arrested for Terroristic Threat. 

The individual (Bobby Johnson) has a criminal history of: 

Trespass 4x

Criminal Mischief 2x

Manufactured and Delivery of a Controlled Substance 4x

Failure to ID 3x

Terroristic Threat 8x

Forgery 

Possession of a Controlled Substance 2x

Harassment 

Violation of Protective Order 2x

Minor Accident/FSGI

An officer was dispatched to the 3800 block of Milton in regard to a minor accident that had already occurred. The victim said an unknown person operating a vehicle struck their parked vehicle and left without giving any information.

Theft 

An Officer was dispatched to the 3100 block of Albans in regard to a theft that had already occurred. Upon arrival, it was discovered an unknown person had taken items from a construction site without permission.

Virtual Gate 

Officers were dispatched to the 4200 block of Bissonnet in regard to a virtual gate camera system alert regarding a stolen license plate. Officers located the vehicle and conducted an investigation in the 3900 block of Southwest Frwy. It was found that the plates did not belong to the vehicle. The plates were confiscated and the driver was released from the scene.

Drug Paraphernalia 

An officer performed a traffic stop in the 3100 block of Bissonnet. During the traffic stop, it was discovered the suspect was in possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon 

An officer performed a traffic stop in the 5800 block of Buffalo Speedway. Upon investigation, it was discovered the driver was unlawfully carrying a weapon and in possession of drug paraphernalia. The driver (Jameson Pierce) was charged with Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon.

The driver (Jameson Pierce) has no previous criminal history.
