Virtual Gate Hit 

Officers were dispatched to the 4200 block of Bissonnet in regard to a virtual gate camera system alert regarding a stolen license plate. Officers located the vehicle and conducted an investigation in the 5100 block of Weslayan. It was found that the plates did not belong to the vehicle. The plates were confiscated, and the driver (Armando Perez) and passenger (Christian Barrera) were taken into custody for active warrants. The driver (Armando Perez) was also charged with Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle.

An officer was dispatched to the 2700 block of Werlein in regard to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle that had already occurred. Upon arrival, it was discovered an unknown person(s) entered the unsecured vehicle and took personal belongings without consent.

An officer was dispatched to the 2900 block of Georgetown in reference to a major accident.  Upon arrival, it was discovered the owner of the vehicle was intoxicated. The suspect (Ellis Wysinger) was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication. 

The suspect (Ellis Wysinger) has no previous criminal history.

Officers were dispatched to the 6100 block of Lake in reference to a burglary of a residence in progress. Upon arrival, the officer noticed forced entry to the residence, and the property was searched and found clear of any suspects. Officers located identifying information left behind by the suspect and were able to obtain an arrest warrant for trespassing against the suspect.
