An officer was dispatched to the 3400 block of Plumb in regard to a Burglary of a Residence that had already occurred. Upon arrival, it was discovered an unknown person(s) forced entry into the secured residence and took items without consent.

An officer conducted a traffic stop in the 6200 block of Buffalo Speedway. During the traffic stop, it was discovered the suspect was in possession of Narcotics. The narcotics were confiscated, and the driver was issued a citation.

An officer was dispatched to the West University Place Police Department Lobby in regard to an identity theft that had already occurred. Upon arrival, it was discovered that an unknown suspect used the victims credit cards without consent.

An officer was dispatched to the West University Place Police Department Lobby in regard to an identity theft that had already occurred. Upon arrival, it was discovered that an unknown suspect used the victim’s personal information to file taxes without consent.

Officers were dispatched to the 4100 block of Bellaire in reference to a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the individual causing the disturbance was under mental distress. The individual was taken to the hospital for further mental evaluation.

An officer was dispatched to the 3900 block of Swarthmore in regard to a Burglary of a Building that had already occurred. Upon arrival, it was discovered an unknown person(s) entered the unsecured building and took items without consent.

Traffic Stop

An Officer conducted a traffic stop in the 6500 block of Buffalo Speedway. During the traffic stop, it was discovered the suspect’s vehicle was displaying canceled license plates. The license plates were seized for destruction.

Officers were dispatched to the 3700 block of University Blvd in regard to a Suspicious Person. Upon arrival, it was discovered the individual was intoxicated. The suspect (John Perez) was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication. 

The suspect (John Perez) has no previous criminal history.
