Upon investigation, it was discovered the two suspects detained were connected to an ongoing harassment case. The suspects (Max Ginsburg & Luke Sullo) were arrested and charged with harassment. 12.18.22 4:46 AM | 22-0656 | Pursuit | An officer observed a vehicle with defective equipment run a red light in the 2700 block of Bissonnet St. The officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop, but the vehicle disregarded the officer and a pursuit was initiated. The vehicle pursuit came to an end when the suspect exited the vehicle leading officers on a foot pursuit where officers ultimately lost sight of the suspect. An investigation of the scene was launched and the identity of the suspect was revealed. Additionally, the suspect was connected to an abandoned hand gun found at the scene. Officers obtained an arrest warrant against the suspect for evading arrest/ detention with a vehicle and unlawful carrying of a weapon. |
