Pursuit 

Officers were dispatched to the area of Kirby and W Holcombe in regard to a virtual gate camera systems alert regarding a stolen vehicle. An officer located the vehicle in the 2800 block of Bellefontaine. A traffic stop was initiated and the vehicle began to evade police. Officers lost visual of the stolen vehicle after a short pursuit.

An officer was dispatched to the 4200 block of Milton in reference to a theft that already occurred. Upon arrival, it was discovered that an unknown person(s) stole items from the back of their truck without consent.

An officer took a report over the phone from the 5800 block of Buffalo Speedway in regard to a forgery incident that had already occurred. It was discovered a check was taken and the information on the check was altered. The unknown suspect then cashed the check at an unknown location without consent.

An officer was dispatched to the intersection of Sunset and Belmont for an Indecent Exposure incident that had already occurred. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the juvenile suspect and after investigation the juvenile suspect was released to their guardian.

Fraud 

An Officer was dispatched to the West University Place Police Department lobby in regards to fraudulent activity that already occurred. Upon arrival, it was discovered an unknown suspect used the victim’s card information in attempt to make online purchases without consent.
