A traffic stop was conducted and after further investigation, the driver was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. The passenger was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and an open alcoholic beverage container. Both parties were issued citations and released from the scene without incident.|

The victim said an unknown person(s) in an unknown vehicle struck her parked vehicle sometime between 7:15 AM and 3:00 PM.|
