| At 8:34 AM, an officer was dispatched to the 2600 block of University in regards to a trespassing incident that had already occurred. The witness said they observed someone coming out of a residential building and locking the door behind them. After an investigation, it was determined that the person has a mental disorder and was not an employee or potential buyer. A report was generated.

| 21-0548 | Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
| At approximately 10:29 PM, an officer observed a vehicle traveling southbound in the 6200 block of Buffalo Speedway with a defective brake light. The officer later observed the driver of the vehicle litter. A traffic stop was conducted in the 3100 block of University. After further investigation, the officer discovered the driver to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. The driver was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was released from the scene without incident.

| 21-0550 | Theft | At 2:43 PM, an officer was dispatched to a business in the 5400 block of Kirby in reference to a case of a theft. The victim said an unknown person(s) cut the catalytic converter off his vehicle sometime between 10:00 PM on 7/9/21 and 1:00 PM on 7/11/21.

| At 8:53 PM an officer with the West University Place Police Department observed a vehicle traveling eastbound in the 4200 block of Bissonnet with expired registration. A traffic stop was conducted and after further investigation, the driver was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. The driver was issued citations and released from the scene.

| At approximately 6:47 PM, an officer was dispatched to the West University Place Police Department in regards to a report of identity theft. Victim stated that an unknown person(s) used his identity to open a credit card account. Information was gathered and a report was generated.

07/14/2021 | 21-0555 | Theft | An officer was dispatched to the 2600 block of Nottingham for a theft of a motor vehicle part that had already occurred. The victim said an unknown person(s) stole a catalytic converter from underneath their vehicle. A report was made.

| Fraud | At approximately, 4:40 PM, an officer was dispatched to the West University Police Department lobby, located at 3800 University, to speak with a complainant. The complainant stated that an unknown person used their flight points from their credit card to purchase plane tickets. Information was gathered a report fraud was generated.
