| 21-0474 | Possession of Marijuana | At approximately 09:14 AM, an officer observed a vehicle with an expired registration sticker travelling southbound in the 6700 block of Vanderbilt. The vehicle was pulled over and the officer detected a strong odor of burnt marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle and / or the driver. After further investigation, a small amount of marijuana was discovered. The driver of the vehicle chose to enter the Misdemeanor Marijuana Diversion Program (MMDP). Information and evidence was gathered and a report was generated. |

A resident stated she discovered three keys attached to a key ring lying on her front porch. Information was gathered and a report was generated.

| At 12:03 PM, an officer was dispatched to the West University Place Police Department in reference to a case of identity theft. The victim said an unknown person(s) used her personal identifying information to apply and open credit cards.
