A traffic stop was conducted and upon further investigation the driver was found to be in possession of a handgun and a controlled substance. | At approximately 07:04 AM, an officer was dispatched to the 6500 block of Westchester in regards to a failure to stop and give information incident that had already occurred. The witness said someone damaged another person’s vehicle and drove off without leaving any information. A report was generated.

05/15/2021 | 21-0456 | Evading | At approximately 7:03 PM, an officer observed a vehicle traveling southbound in the 5100 block of Kirby at a high rate of speed and failing to display a front license plate. The officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle while observing the driver conducting evasive maneuvers. The officer lost visual of the vehicle, eventually locating a vehicle matching the description the suspected vehicle parked in a parking lot located in 2500 block of Robinhood. The officer discovered a male sitting in front of the vehicle. After further investigation the male (Ali Choudhri), was arrested for Evading without further incident.
