A traffic stop was conducted in the 3100 block of W. Holcombe. After further investigation, it was discovered that the driver was a felon in possession of a firearm and in possession of marijuana. The driver (Billy Ray Kirklin) was arrested for Felon in Possession of a Firearm without incident.
