Adult Activities

Our popular Adult Programs offered at the West U Rec Center include tennis, swimming, Pilates, Yoga form and flow, and lots more!

Senior Activities

We provide great opportunities for Seniors to stay active and fit, including water aerobics, Tai Chi, line dance, and afternoon aerobics.
