We know that Seniors like to get around and out and about. So we offer multiple opportunities for our seniors to gather together an attend fun events, such as Rice University basketball games, Daughters of the American Revolution, bus tours, eating events, and much more.
You know that health and wellness expands beyond physical fitness, so we provide a variety of learning, discussions, and enrichment activities for seniors, such as guest lectures, senior tax help, civics, overcoming challenges, and stress management.
