Mat Pilates
Body awareness gained strength, flexibility and focal attention training allows you to perform everyday activities with more ease and safety. Look and feel better with improved posture. Performed sitting, standing, kneeling and lying prone and supine on the floor. Participant supplies their own thick Pilates mat.
