Optimal musculoskeletal performance is the goal of this class. Pilates helps develop strength, flexibility and endurance without risking injury or building bulk. Yoga Form and Flow

What a great way to start the day! Lengthen and strengthen muscles through basic Hatha Yoga postures while learning to connect the body and mind through breathing practices. Emphasis is placed on the cultivation of core strength, balance, breath control and flexibility. Alignment based yoga practice with some vigorous movement. Please bring a yoga mat, blocks, strap and water to class.

Yoga PM 

This class is a great way for students to develop flexibility, strength, mental focus and a more balanced lifestyle. It alternates postures and relaxation, allowing students to work at their own pace. Yoga also works on internal organ health and the nervous system. Leave class with more energy and a relaxed state of mind.

Stay Strong Fitness-Stretch Foam Roll and Core Work

Decrease muscle stiffness, reduce aches and pains, prevent injury and improve posture and flexibility by stretching and foam rolling your entire body. Eliminate back pain, improve balance, stability and posture by keeping your core strong. Stretches and core work done standing and on the mat and foam rolling done on the mate. Please bring a 36 inch foam roller.

Jazzercise

Jazzercise is the original dance party workout. Blending dance with Pilates, Yoga, kickboxing and strength training, one 55 minute session can burn up to 800 calories. The results? Long, lean muscles and an undeni-able mood boost. Our instructors are expertly trained to mix in new moves with hit music, so classes are always different, keeping your workouts fresh and challenging. We offer different formats for the variety you need to stay motivated: dance mix, high intensity interval training, core and strength.
