What a great way to start the day! Lengthen and strengthen muscles through basic Hatha Yoga postures while learning to connect the body and mind through breathing practices. Emphasis is placed on the cultivation of core strength, balance, breath control and flexibility. Alignment based yoga practice with some vigorous movement. Please bring a yoga mat, blocks, strap and water to class.
