The responsibilities of the Utility Billing Office include creating new accounts, terminating services, customer inquiries and processing bills monthly.
Active account holders monthly bill may include services for water, sewer, and solid waste. Other services that may also be included are, direct link alarm monitoring and/or alarm registration, false alarm fees, and special collection fees.
