Late Fee    A 10% fee of the bill that is past due will be added to your next statement . 
Per City Ordinance you may request to have the late fee waived once every two years, by filling out a Late Fee Waiver Request Form. 

Increase in Rates

Effective January 1, 2023, West University Place utility rates will increase by 6% for water, 3% for sewer, and 3.5% for solid waste.
