Paperless Utilities Billing Statements

Go Green & Go Paperless! If you already have an account through our online payments website, Point & Pay, you can sign up there for paperless statements. Don't have a Point & Pay account? You can get one through the Point & Pay Portal.  You can also send an email to Billing Help to request paperless statements and the Utility Department can make that change for you. 

How to go paperless

Step 1: Turn on your paperless billing option

Once logged in to your account, on your account Dashboard, click the Paperless switch to On.


Step 2: Authorize

Read the "Paperless Billing Authorization and Agreement," and click Confirm.


Step 3: Confirm activated status

The Dashboard will now show that Paperless Billing is turn On.
