Senior Services offers a wide variety of learning and discussion style programs to keep you engaged.  

Listed below are just a few highlighted programs that we are offering. To register, please call the office at 713 662 5895. Please register in advance so that we can contact you if an event has been changed or canceled.

Meditation (Virtual) Using Zoom

Using this virtual platform, relax and mediate with guidance from a skilled instructor. 

When:  Second and Fourth Wednesday of each month, 2 PM
Where: Virtual using Zoom Call for meeting #
Price:  Free

Shakespeare 

A friendly educational group that reads Shakespeare's plays, studies his life and relevant historical information with instructor, Kate Pogue. 

When:  Fridays, 11:15 a.m. 
Where:  Community Building
Price:  $31 for 8 weeks

Caregiver's Support Group

Share similar experiences, gain knowledge and support during this monthly resource group. 

When:   Last Thursdays of each month, at 1:00 p.m.
Where:  Community Building
Price:   Free

Bring your projects to paint amongst your friends and neighbors during these two-hour sessions with minimal instruction.

Previous watercolor experience required.

When:   Wednesdays, at 1:30 p.m.
Where:  Community Building
Price:   $30 for eight weeks
