Covid-19 Update: Pavilion rentals are now allowed. Individuals may not be in groups larger than 10 individuals. Within these groups, individuals should, to the extent possible, minimize in-person contact with others not in the individual's household. Minimizing in-person contact includes maintaining six feet of social distancing.
Amusements such as bounce houses are not allowed at this time.
If you are a Non-Resident you must be accompanied by a West U Resident the day you book your rental.
You must give a 14 day notice before your rental.
When booking your rental, there will be a two hour minimum.
You will have to pay for the rental the day you book it. Accepted payment forms are currently MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Cash, or Check.
There will be a $200 deposit, which must be paid by credit card at the time of the booking. The deposit is fully refundable, provided there are no additional fees or charges incurred during the course of your rental.
Your rental time must include set up and take down times.
