Pavilion rentals are currently allowed with no occupancy restriction but you must follow all current COVID-19 health and safety protocols including but not limited to, social distancing and wearing of face coverings per CDC recommendation www.cdc.gov/coronavirus.
Amusements such as bounce houses are not allowed at this time.
COVID-19: I understand that COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. An inherent risk of exposure exists in any public place where people are present. By participating in the activity, event or use I am signing up for, I voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 for myself and my guests. As the renter, I understand that I am responsible for all guests following all current COVID-19 health and safety protocols including but not limited to, social distancing and wearing of face coverings per CDC recommendations www.cdc.gov/coronavirus.
If you are a Non-Resident you must be accompanied by a West U Resident the day you book your rental.
You must give a 14 day notice before your rental.
When booking your rental, there will be a two hour minimum.
You will have to pay for the rental the day you book it. Accepted payment forms are currently MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Cash, or Check.
There will be a $200 deposit, which must be paid by credit card at the time of the booking. The deposit is fully refundable, provided there are no additional fees or charges incurred during the course of your rental.
Your rental time must include set up and take down times.
