Applications to the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA)

Application fee to the Zoning Board of Adjustment is $250 per action item plus a $150 deposit that is applied toward the required notifications. The fees and deposits must be paid at the time of submittal of the application.

Please call the City Planner or Office Coordinator to schedule a meeting before making copies of your submittal packet. This will ensure that you do not encounter any delays in meeting the submittal deadline and ensure the application and packet information is correct.

Prior to the Agenda

In order to be placed on the next regular ZBA agenda:

  • All applications, proof of ownership, surveys, and fees must be submitted to the Planning Division at least 20 days prior to the meeting date before noon.
  • Applications received less than 20 days prior to the meeting date will be scheduled for the following month's meeting agenda.
  • All applications and required documentation can be submitted prior to the deadline to the Planning Division from Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
