2. Welcome to the City of West University Place! To start your utility services, please complete the online form below and submit during business hours, and no later than 4 p.m. the day before you want services to start.

   Water service connections can only be completed during the week, Monday - Friday. The City is unable to start water service on the weekends or on holidays. Water services are normally turned on during the morning between 6 a.m. - 9 a.m.

    Please email a copy of your driver's license or passport to  billinghelp@westutx.gov or fax it to 713.662.5804. Keep in mind if you are 65 or older you will receive a discount on your solid waste charges.
