Starting City Utility Services - BUSINESS

  1. Welcome to the City of West University Place! To start utility services, please complete the online form below and submit during business hours, and no later than 4 p.m. the day before you want services to start.
  2. ** ALL ACCOUNTS WILL BE BILLED A NON-REFUNDABLE $50 CONNECTION FEE ON THEIR FIRST BILL **

  3. PLEASE NOTE:
    Water service connections can only be completed during the week, Monday - Friday. The City is unable to start water service on the weekends or on holidays. Water services are normally turned on during the morning between 6 a.m. - 9 a.m.

    *BUILDERS: are required to pay a $500 deposit in person, which will be applied to your FINAL bill when you terminate services. NOTE: when we are notified a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued, we will turn on sewer & trash services on your account.
