Subfacility of West University Place Municipal Building
West U police and dispatchers are on duty on 12-hour shifts. Emergence personnel is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Officers and staff are available to take reports, investigate complaints, set up Direct Link (alarm service) and fulfill public record requests. The City has a bicycle patrol as well as car patrols.
The police department houses a Police Chief, Captain, Sergeants, police officers, dispatchers, Direct Link Coordinator, Civilian Services Supervisor and Secretary.
