Additionally, the driver was charged with possession of a controlled substance and auto theft, while the passenger was charged with possession of a controlled substance. Additional charges are pending further investigation. The driver, Dannan Doeden, has a criminal history in Harris County, including theft, unauthorized use of a vehicle, evading arrest, possession of a controlled substance (two counts), aggravated assault-family member, and fraud-possession of identifying information.
