Officers located the vehicle and conducted an investigation in the 4400 block of Bellaire. It was found that the plates did not belong to the vehicle and the vehicle was listed as stolen. The driver (Shannon Brantley) was detained and charged with Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle. The driver (Shannon Brantley) has a previous criminal history of Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon and Possession of a Controlled Substance. |
