During the traffic stop, the officer’s patrol vehicle was struck by another vehicle. After further investigation, the driver of the striking vehicle showed signs of intoxication. The witness stated that once they confronted the subject, the subject threatened to shoot him. Officers searched the area for the subject but were unable to locate the suspect. |

3/12/24 3:17 PM | 24-0122 | Virtual Gate Hit | Officers were dispatched to the 5300 block of Buffalo Speedway in regard to a virtual gate camera system alert regarding a stolen vehicle. Officers located the vehicle in the 6600 block of Kirby and detained the occupants. After further investigation, the owner of the vehicle was contacted and wished not to pursue charges. The occupants were released without criminal charges. |
