Officers were dispatched to a Virtual Gate hit in the 3700 block of Bissonnet St. regarding a vehicle that was identified as being involved in numerous package thefts that had recently occurred. The vehicle was located and a traffic stop was conducted. After further investigation, the driver, Joshay Baldwin Jr., was arrested for numerous traffic violations.
