Instructor Greg leads this introductory class in Tai Chi - no prior exposure necessary.  The ancient art of Tai Chi is excellent exercise for enhancing balance, strengthening joints and increasing ease of movement.  Come check out the class!  Register in person at the Sr. Services' Office or through the Play West U App.
