NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The City of West University Place will be accepting sealed Bids/Proposals for PW26-04 Three-year contract term for Maintenance and Repair of HVAC/Refrigeration Systems with two optional one-year extensions until 02/25/2026. All proposals will be open and publicly read aloud at 10:00 AM in the council room, located at 3800 University Blvd Houston TX, 77005.
Bid packages may be obtained at the City Secretary’s office located at City Hall, 3800 University Blvd, West University Place, TX 77005 or by contacting the City Secretary at 713.662.5813 or email to .
A pre-bid meeting will be held on 02/17/2026 at 9:00 AM, which will include a site visit. The pre-bid meeting location will be at 3825 Amherst St. Houston TX, 77005.
Proposals must be submitted in duplicate and enclosed in a sealed envelope and plainly marked on the outside clearly identifying the proposal as: PW26-04 Three-year contract term for Maintenance and Repair of HVAC/Refrigeration Systems with two optional one-year extensions. Emailed proposals will not be accepted.

Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs) are encouraged to submit a proposal. Each proposal must be received before the stated time on the day the proposals are due. The City shall not be responsible for any verbal communication between any employee of the City and any potential firm. Only written requirements and qualifications will be considered.
