Beginning Monday, June 5, 2023, until August 25, 2023, the Public Works Administration Office will have modified permitting hours.
Monday – Friday
10:00 am – 12:00 pm
1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Monday we will only issue Single Trade permits.
Single Trade permits are for any work that is being done that is not in conjunction with a new home or remodeling permit.
EXAMPLES:
- water heater change-out
- replacing an evaporator coil, furnace, condenser
- roof replacement
- replacing an existing fence
- changing out windows.
Please note this is not an inclusive list. If you have questions whether you or your contractor qualify for a Single Trade permit please contact the office.
On Mondays, plans for new homes, residential/commercial remodels/additions, swimming pools, etc. can be dropped off by appointment only from 7:30 am – 10:00 am
The Public Works Administration Office hours will not be impacted. Residents may still come in Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. to pick up recycle bins, pick up hazardous household waste vouchers, register their animals, etc.
