Dive In Movies

Join the West University Place Parks and Recreation Department for this year's Dive-In Movies at Colonial Park Pool. Each of the two schedule dates will feature a family-friendly movie shown on an inflatable screen in the grass area at Colonial Park Pool, 4130 Byron, beginning at 8:00 p.m. Concessions from Jami's Fine Foods will be available for purchase during the event.

Friday, July 30 will be for Colonial Park Pool Members Only
The featured film will be, "Sonic the Hedgehog" (PG). In this live-action adventure comedy, Sonic and his new best friend Tom team up to defend the planet from the evil genius Dr. Robotnik and his plans for world domination.

Friday, August 13
Admission to the movie will be complimentary for residents. However, if you or your children would like to enjoy the movie from the pool, regular pool admission fees apply. The featured film will be, "Trolls World Tour" (PG). Poppy and Branch discover that they are but one of six different Troll tribes scattered over six different lands devoted to six different kinds of music. Their world is about to get a lot bigger and much louder. When the Queen of the Hard Rock Trolls tries to take over all the Troll kingdoms, Queen Poppy and her friends try different ways to save all the Trolls.
