An Officer was dispatched to the 4000 block of Browning in reference to a theft that had already occurred. The victim stated a known suspect had stolen her cellphone. After further investigation, the cellphone was returned to the owner and criminal charges were refused by the complainant.

An Officer was dispatched to the West University Place Police Department in reference to a theft that had already occurred. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the victim was deceived into purchasing gift cards under false pretenses and provided the gift card information to the unknown suspect(s).

Virtual Gate

Officers were dispatched to the 5300 block of Buffalo Speedway in regard to a Virtual Gate hit for a vehicle associated with an individual who had outstanding municipal warrant(s) through the West University Place Police Department. The vehicle was located, a traffic stop was conducted and the wanted person (Giscard Nuekumokom) was taken into custody without incident. Giscard Nuekumokom has no previous criminal history.

An Officer was dispatched to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Joint Processing Center to pickup an individual with outstanding municipal warrants through the West University Place Police Department. The individual (Christopher Sutherland) was taken into custody and transported without incident. Christopher Sutherland has a criminal history in Texas for Criminal Trespass.

An officer conducted a traffic stop in the 3500 block of Bissonnet. During the traffic stop, the driver (Kyran Roberts) was found to be in possession of a loaded handgun, narcotics and numerous credit/debit cards belonging to different individuals. It was discovered that the driver was also a convicted felon and he was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon. Kyran Roberts has a criminal history in Texas including:
