The old system is no longer active, so if you are currently registered in the old system (Citizen Access), have payments set up via recurring checking or credit/debit card, or sometimes make one-time payments, you must register with the new payment portal (Point&Pay) so that you can still receive the benefit of the online payment portal. If you currently send a check or make payment here at City Hall, nothing has changed.
