[ARCHIVED] New Online Utility Payment Portal

The old system is no longer active, so if you are currently registered in the old system (Citizen Access), have payments set up via recurring checking or credit/debit card, or sometimes make one-time payments, you must register with the new payment portal (Point&Pay) so that you can still receive the benefit of the online payment portal.  If you currently send a check or make payment here at City Hall, nothing has changed.  For more detailed instructions on how to get signed up, please visit our website at Pay Utilities Online and you can see a PDF User Manual and a YouTube video at the bottom of the page.

Follow these simple steps to sign up today.

1-in-circle-no-bgCreate an account on Point&Pay
Click here to access the new portal, and follow the prompts.
2-in-circle-no-bgUpdate your existing recurring payments
If you had a prior account with e-Pay Citizen Access for credit/debit cards, or had a recurring checking account, you will need to establish a new account.
