We apologize for the delay in collecting Christmas trees placed curbside for collection on Thursday’s recycle route. Crews will be out Saturday January 12 to finish collecting these remaining trees for recycling. Please be sure that trees are free of all decorations, lights and stands, otherwise they will not be recycled.
This will be the final curbside collection of Christmas trees for recycling. Any future placement of trees curbside will need to comply with the placement rules for green waste (www.westutx.gov/greenwaste). If you have any questions, please contact Public Works at 713-662-5839 from 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM Monday through Friday.
