The West University Place Police Department is asking for assistance in locating RICHARD "BURT" BALLANFANT. Mr. Ballanfant is 70 years old and was last seen at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in the 3700 block of Southwest Freeway at approximately 08:07 AM. Unknown clothing description, however he is driving a 2017 red Chevy Cruze with a Texas license plate HDL-3192. Mr. Ballanfant has a medical diagnosis of Alzheimer's.
