Interim City Manager M. Christopher Peifer was notified by mail that METRO will implement their New Bus Network this Sunday, August 16.
In the letter, METRO President Thomas Lambert states that the changes could impact users in the West U Area.
"Despite our comprehensive outreach and marketing efforts, there could be some of our customers what need assistance in understanding the new system," said Lambert. "If you become aware of METRO customers that need assistance, please refer them to METRO's Customer Information Center at 713-635-4000."
