At approximately 3:09 PM, an officer observed a vehicle traveling southbound in the 6300 block of Weslayan with an expired Texas temporary tag. Upon attempting to conduct a traffic stop for the violation, the vehicle began to elude driving at high rates of speed and disregarding traffic signs. The vehicle came to a stop and the driver (Dora Elva Rivera) was arrested for Evading Arrest without incident.
