At approximately 09:14 AM, an officer observed a vehicle with an expired registration sticker travelling southbound in the 6700 block of Vanderbilt. The vehicle was pulled over and the officer detected a strong odor of burnt marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle and / or the driver. After further investigation, a small amount of marijuana was discovered. The driver of the vehicle chose to enter the Misdemeanor Marijuana Diversion Program (MMDP). Information and evidence was gathered and a report was generated.
