After nearly 5-years of planning, the contractor for the Buffalo Speedway project has broken ground! Work has begun at the outfall located at Poor Farm Ditch behind St. Vincent’s de Paul Catholic Church. This initiates work to replace underground drainage pipes that have been in place since the early 1940’s. The old drainage will be replaced with large box culverts. As a result of this work, residents along Buffalo Speedway will experience drainage improvements after completion of the project.
