Officers located the suspects in the 3700 block of Bissonnet and conducted an investigatory stop. During the investigation, one of the suspects evaded on foot and after a search, was not located. The other two suspects were released into the custody of the Houston Police Department.

| 21-P-0103 | Driving While Intoxicated | At approximately 3:21 AM, an officer with the West University Place Police Department observed a blue sedan traveling northbound in the 6500 block of Weslayan fail to maintain a single lane and driving on the wrong side of the road. A traffic stop was initiated and upon further investigation it was discovered the driver of the vehicle intoxicated. 02/21/2021 | 21-P-0104 | Identity Theft | At approximately 1:33 PM, a police officer was dispatched to 3800 University, in regards to an Identity Theft, which had already occurred. The victim stated an unknown person(s) used her personal identifying information to file for unemployment benefits with the Texas Workforce Commission. Information was gathered and a report was generated.
