02/06/2021 | 21-P-0084 | Driving While Intoxicated | At approximately 1:39 AM, an officer observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed in the 4100 block of Bissonnet. A traffic stop was then conducted in the 4300 block of Bissonnet. Upon further investigation it was discovered that the driver was driving while intoxicated.
