The victim stated an unknown person(s) accessed her bank account and conducted two fraudulent transactions. Information was gathered and a report was generated.

12/14/202020-P-0671Driving While Intoxicated

At 8:14 PM, an officer with the West University Place Police Department observed a vehicle traveling northbound in the 5500 block of Buffalo Speedway run the red light at Buffalo Speedway and Sunset. The officer observed the vehicle fail to maintain a single lane and fail to signal lane change. A traffic stop was conducted and after further investigation the driver was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. While taking the driver (Marcell Lamon Wilson) into custody, he physically resisted and was additionally charged with Resisting Arrest.

12/16/202020-P-0673Burglary of Motor VehicleAt approximately 9:33 AM, an officer was dispatched to the 3900 block of Browning, to speak with a complainant, in regards to a theft that already occurred. The complainant stated that unknown male stole a leaf blower from the bed of his pickup truck. A report for burglary of a motor vehicle was generated.
12/16/202020-P-0674ID TheftAn officer was dispatched to the West University Place Police Department, in regards to an identity theft report that had already occurred. The victim said an unknown person(s) used their identifying information to open a Home Depot account, without their authorization. A report was generated.
12/17/202020-P-0675Possession of Tobacco At approximately 1:05 AM, an officer observed a white sedan commit a traffic violation in the 6300 block of Mercer. A traffic stop was initiated in the 6100 block of Kirby and upon further investigation, the driver was cited for being in Possession of Tobacco while under 21 years of age.
12/17/202020-P-0676Theft of VehicleAt approximately 6:13 AM, an officer was dispatched to 4200 block of Southwestern to speak with a complainant in regards to their vehicle being stolen. The complainant stated that sometime between 12/16/2020, at 5:00 PM and 12/17/2020, at 6:10 AM, their vehicle was stolen. A report for auto theft was generated.
12/17/202020-P-0677Theft of VehicleAt approximately 8:19 AM, a police officer was dispatched to the 4000 block of Swarthmore, in regards to a Theft of a Motor Vehicle, which had already occurred. The victim stated an unknown person(s) stole his vehicle. Information was gathered and a report was generated.
