11/12/202020-P-0586Burglary of Motor VehicleAt 3:32 PM, an officer was dispatched to the 5300 block of Westchester for a report of a burglary of a motor vehicle.  An unknown suspect smashed a window and took items from inside the vehicle.
11/13/202020-P-0587Possession of Drug Paraphernalia An officer with the West University Place Police Department observed a vehicle traveling northbound in the 5600 block of Weslayan fail to stop at the designated point at the red light. A traffic stop was conducted and after further investigation, the driver was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. A citation was issued and the driver was released from the scene without incident.
11/13/202020-P-0588Aggravated RobberyAt approximately 6:55 AM, police officers were dispatched to the 4100 block of Southwestern, in regards to an aggravated robbery, which had already occurred. The victim stated an unknown black male held her at gunpoint and stole her purse. Information was gathered and a report was generated.
11/13/202020-P-0589ID TheftAt about 10:58 AM, an officer was dispatched to the West University Place Police Department in reference to a case of identity theft.  The victim said an unknown person(s) used his personal information to open a fraudulent line of credit.
11/13/202020-P-0590TheftAt 03:04 PM, an officer was dispatched to the West University Place Police Department in reference to a case of theft. The victim said her package was delivered at 3:20 PM but was unable to locate it.
11/14/202020-P-0591ID TheftAt 02:14 PM, an officer was dispatched to the West University Place Police Department in reference to a case of identity theft. The victim said an unknown person(s) used his personal identifying information to try and buy a vehicle.
11/14/202020-P-0592ID TheftAt approximately 3:41 PM, an officer was dispatched to the West University Place Department lobby to speak with a complainant via telephone. The complainant stated that an unknown person(s) stole their identity. A report for identity theft was generated.
11/14/202020-P-0593ID TheftAt approximately 4:01 PM, a police officer was dispatched to 3800 University, in regards to a report of Identity Theft, which had already occurred. The victim stated an unknown person(s) used his personal identifying information to establish a line of credit with Home Depot, without his consent. Information was gathered and a report was generated.
11/14/202020-P-0594ID TheftAt approximately 6:52 PM, a police officer was dispatched to the 3700 block of Arnold, in regards to a report of Identity Theft, which had already occurred. The victim stated an unknown person(s) used their personal identifying information to establish a line of credit with Home Depot, without their consent. No suspect information or arrest at this time.
11/14/202020-P-0595AssaultAt approximately 8:17 PM, officers were dispatched to the 6700 block of Vanderbilt in regards to a disturbance in progress. After further investigation both subjects were cited for Class C Assault and released from the scene.
11/15/202020-P-0596Driving While Intoxicated

At approximately 12:25 AM, an officer observed a vehicle traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes in the 2600 block of Bissonnet. A traffic stop was then conducted on the vehicle in the 2600 block of Bissonnet. After further investigation it was discovered that the driver was intoxicated. The driver (Brittone Danielle Breeding) was arrested without incident.

11/15/202020-P-0597Possession of MarijuanaAt approximately 11:10 AM, an officer observed a vehicle traveling southbound in the 6500 block of Weslayan with an expired registration. A traffic stop was then conducted in the 4000 block of Ruskin. After further investigation, it was discovered the driver was in possession of marijuana. The driver chose to participate in the Marijuana Misdemeanor Diversion Program and was released without further incident.
11/16/202020-P-0598Lost/Stolen PropertyAn officer was dispatched to the West University Place Police Department in regards to a lost and/or stolen property that already occurred in the 4000 block of Bellaire. Upon arrival, it was discovered an Amazon package went missing from the victims shopping cart while the victim was shopping.
11/16/202020-P-0599ID TheftAt approximately 7:39 PM, an officer was dispatched to the West University Place Police Department in regards to a report of identity theft. Victim stated that an unknown person used her identity to file an unemployment claim through the Texas Workforce Commission. Information was gathered and a report was generated.  
11/16/202020-P-0600Simple AssaultAt 7:42 PM, officers with the West University Place Police Department were dispatched to the 3900 block of Bellaire, in reference to an assault. The victim stated an employee at the location assaulted him. Officers collected statements from all parties involved and the incident was documented pending further investigation.
11/17/202020-P-0601FraudAn officer was dispatched to the West University Place Police Department in regards to a fraud that already occurred. Upon arrival and through investigation, it was discovered an unknown suspect(s) used the victims debit card information to make purchases without consent.  
11/17/202020-P-0602ID TheftAn officer was dispatched to the West University Place Police Department in regards to a fraud that already occurred.   Upon arrival and through investigation, it was discovered an unknown suspect(s) used the victim’s personal information to open credit cards without consent.  
11/17/202020-P-0603Police Information ReportAt approximately 1:35 PM, an officer with the City of West University Place Police Department was dispatched to the 3700 block of Georgetown in reference to missing property. The victim advised that he was unsure where the incident took place since he had been at two different job sites.
11/17/202020-P-0604ID TheftAt approximately 3:07 PM, an officer with the City of West University Place police department obtained an in station report for ID Theft.
