| 20-P-0521 | Burglary of Motor Vehicle | An officer was dispatched to the 2900 block of Jarrard in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. The victim said an unknown person(s) entered her unsecured vehicle but did not take anything. While on scene, the resident across the roadway had two of their unsecured vehicles rummaged through and some items stolen. |

| 20-P-0523 | Police Information Report | At 8:50 PM, an officer with the West University Place Police Department was flagged down in the 4000 block of Bellaire in reference to a welfare check. Upon further investigation, the subject displayed several signs of a mental disorder and was subsequently transported to the hospital for further evaluation. An information report was generated. |

| 20-P-0524 | Burglary of Building | At approximately 11:14 AM, an officer was dispatched to the 6300 block of Vanderbilt to speak with a reportee. The reportee stated that building materials were stolen from a construction site. A report for burglary of a building was generated. |
10/18/2020 | 20-P-0525 | Possession of Marijuana | At approximately 8:59 PM, an officer observed a vehicle traveling southbound in the 5400 block of Buffalo Speedway with an expired registration. The vehicle was then observed traveling at a high rate of speed and failing to signal when changing lanes in the 6700 block of Buffalo Speedway. A traffic stop was conducted in the 6800 block of Buffalo Speedway. After further investigation, the officer discovered the driver to be in possession of marijuana. The driver chose to participate in the Misdemeanor Marijuana Diversion Program and was released from the scene without incident. |
10/19/2020 | 20-P-0526 | Burglary of Motor Vehicle | At 1:21 PM, officers with the West University Place Police Department were dispatched to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in progress at the 6100 block of Annapolis. The victim advised an unknown black female entered his unsecured vehicle, stole his iPad and fled the area in a white four door sedan. |

10/20/2020 | 20-P-0528 | Police Information Report | At approximately 8:04 PM, an officer observed a vehicle traveling southbound in the 6500 block of Buffalo Speedway at a high rate of speed. A traffic stop was conducted in the 3200 block of Cason. After further investigation it was discovered that the driver was in possession of narcotics. The driver was cited and released from the scene. The narcotics have been submitted for testing and results are pending. |
